The stars may be blind, but our ears got a welcome respite for possible deafness after Paris Hilton released her last single “Stars Are Blind.”
OK, so it wasn’t that bad, certainly not of Kim Kardashian caliber, but the socialite will have to do a lot to prove that she’s actually cut out for the pop world this time.
So, to help her cause, Paris Hilton is enlisting childhood friends LMFAO and DJ Afrojack.
About her sophomore LP, Hilton told MTV News: “It’s completely different from my last album…I’m going with a whole new genre. I have Afrojack executive-producing the entire album. So we’ve just been coming up with the most incredible tracks. I was just in the studio with RedFoo the other night, so we’re going to be doing my new single with LMFAO.”
About her relationship with LMFAO, Hilton said: “I’ve known them since I was a little girl…We grew up together because our parents are friends, so I’m just so proud of them and all their success and what they’ve done because they’ve just created this whole Party Rock brand and it’s just so awesome.”
